Who we are

Boostvia is run by Elvi Mataj, IČO 30091870, Školní 579, 679 32 Svitávka, Czech Republic (the "controller"). Contact: elvi@boostvia.eu.

What we collect

• Audit requests: your shop website, your monthly ad spend range and your email address, when you send the form.
• Emails: what you write to us and your email address.
• Clients: billing details and the access you give us to your Meta ad accounts, only to deliver the service.

Why and on what legal basis

• To prepare and send your free audit and answer you: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To deliver our service and invoice it: contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
• To contact businesses about our service in a relevant, limited way: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time and we will stop.

Who processes data for us

• Cloudflare (website hosting and security).
• Web3Forms (delivers the audit form to our inbox).
• Google Workspace (email).
• Stripe (payments, for clients).
• Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr (fonts and page scripts; your browser connects to them and they see your IP address).

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under the EU's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

Audit requests: up to 12 months if you don't become a client. Client and invoice records: as long as Czech law requires (usually up to 10 years for accounting records).

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy of your data, or object to its use, by emailing elvi@boostvia.eu. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
