1. Who we are

Boostvia is run by Elvi Mataj, IČO 30091870, Školní 579, 679 32 Svitávka, Czech Republic. These terms apply to businesses that buy our service. Our service is for businesses only, not consumers.

2. The service

We manage Facebook and Instagram ads (Meta ads) for online shops: Pixel and Conversions API setup, campaigns, ad copy, testing, optimisation and reports, as described in the plan you choose. We do not produce photos or videos; you send us the content. We do not guarantee any specific sales, return on ad spend or other result, except the guarantee in section 6.

3. Plans and payment

Growth: €499 per month. Scale: €999 per month. Fees are paid monthly in advance by card or bank transfer. There is no setup fee. Your advertising budget is paid by you directly to Meta and is not part of our fee.

4. Term and cancelling

The first term is 90 days. After that the service continues month to month, and either side can cancel by email before the next monthly payment. Fees already paid are not refunded.

5. Your responsibilities

You give us access to your Meta Business assets, send content on time, keep the Pixel installed, and make sure your products, website and ads follow the law and Meta's advertising policies. You stay the owner of your ad accounts, data and content.

6. Our guarantee

If, after the first 90 days, your Meta ads are not more profitable than before you joined, we keep managing them without charging our monthly fee until they are. This applies only if you spent at least €1,500 per month on ads during those 90 days, sent the requested content on time, kept the Pixel installed and followed our agreed recommendations. Profitability is compared on purchase value divided by ad spend, as reported in Meta Ads Manager.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, ad account restrictions by Meta, or changes Meta makes to its platform.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your data, results and business information confidential and use them only to deliver the service.

9. Law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction.
